Trygghetsrådet is a non-profit foundation with 40 year experience of redundancy situations. Their goal is to make sure the transition from one job to another is as short, effective and as meaningful as possible. With over 32 000 companies and 850 000 employees connected to TRR, it is an important organisation in Swedish society.
As a part of their innovation work, TRR are creating a new platform for their users. They turned to Britny to help out with the foundations of this next generation of online service.
Facilitation for Change
Britny facilitated a long series of workshops over three months that resulted in a thorough framework for the coming platform. On this journey, most every aspect was covered; from business objectives, values and personas to functionality, cost efficiency and vision.
