Britny facilitated a series of sessions to first inspire and reflect about today’s behaviours and, second, to create a powerful and appealing vision for the company to steer towards. The vision, a target image for 2020, needed to involve a strong innovative culture and, still, a unique offering for tomorrow’s gamblers.
