The Adecco Group is the world’s leading provider of HR solutions. With over 31 000 employees in over 60 countries they offer a wide variety of services, connecting more than 650 000 associates with over 100 000 clients every day.
The collaboration with Adecco kicked off when the top management felt a need to increase the digital competence. This was crucial to show candidates and recruiters that Adecco was prepared for the changes to come.
Having seen what Britny had done for Ledarna (the organisation for managers), Adecco visited the Britny office for a week of facilitated workshops. The purpose was to further develop Ledarna’s concept and to investigate other potential digital services. In the end, Adecco and Britny agreed with Ledarna to develop the original concept and turned it into a new one. A digital data-driven CV-video: Resu-Me.
Not only did this project lead to more digital competence and increased confidence within digital, it also led to a rapid increase in updated resumes on the profiles.

Through a tailored talent program we educated the team and developed the three first prototypes that were the start of the incubator. On top of the prototypes they all also learnt different methods and processes that are used in Ignite. Read more in the thorough article here.
